Windows 10 64 ビット環境で試しました。
ダウンロード元ページのURL：https://aws.amazon.com/jp/powershell/
ダウンロードした AWSToolsAndSDKForNet_sdk-3.3.492.0_ps-3.3.485.0_tk-1.14.5.0.msi を実行します。
(バージョンによりファイル名が異なる可能性があります。)
次のような警告画面が表示される場合は、実行するソフトウェア名とメーカを再確認します。問題ない場合は[はい]を実行します。
(1)「The Setup Wizard will install AWS Tools for Windows on your computer. Click Next to continue or Cancel to exit the Setup Wizard.」が表示されます。
[ Next ] をクリックします。
(2)「AWS Tools for Windows Setup」が表示されます。
ライセンス同意書をよく確認します。同意できない場合はインストールをキャンセルします。
[ I accept the terms in the License Agreement ] をクリックします。
(3)「Please read the following license agreement carefully」が表示されます。
[ Next ] をクリックします。
(4)「Select the way you want features to be installed.」が表示されます。
[ Next ] をクリックします。
(5)「Ready to install AWS Tools for Windows」が表示されます。
[ Install ] をクリックします。
(6)「AWS Tools for Windows Setup」が表示されます。
[ Finish ] をクリックします。
このような感じで AWS の Powershellが使用可能となります。
